By booking, entering, or participating in any Room Zero experience, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service & Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in any Room Zero activities.

Room Zero reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or made available on-site.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking

  • Prices, promotions, and packages may change without notice

  • Online bookings may require full or partial advance payment

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated during booking

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund

  • No-shows are strictly non-refundable

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case

  • Sessions ended due to rule violations, safety issues, or disruptive behavior are not eligible for refunds

5. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by experience:

  • Ages 8–12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Ages 13–17 require parental consent

  • Valid identification may be requested

  • Room Zero may deny participation for safety, age, or behavioral concerns

6. Participant Responsibilities

All participants agree to:

  • Follow staff instructions at all times

  • Use equipment only as instructed

  • Stay within designated play areas

  • Treat staff and guests respectfully

  • Maintain safe behavior during sessions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Running, pushing, or unsafe physical actions

  • Tampering with or misusing equipment

  • Intoxication or substance use

  • Harassment or disruptive conduct

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

Virtual Reality (VR) and interactive experiences involve physical movement and sensory immersion.

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:

  • Dizziness

  • Disorientation

  • Loss of balance

  • Minor collisions

  • Eye strain

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Room Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

Participation is at your own risk.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Room Zero reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Deny entry

  • End any session

For safety, behavioral, or policy-related reasons at any time.

11. Media Consent

Unless explicitly opted out in writing, participants grant Room Zero permission to use photographs or videos taken during sessions for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

12. Modifications to Services

Room Zero may modify, suspend, or discontinue experiences, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
